I have a full list of such problems, missing/changed countries.
The problem with such changes is with the way they are kept in the database... If you change it, it will be problematic: Vietnam & Viet Nam will both exist in older databases...

This issue should be addressed in future versions something like replacing name with a code (perhaps phone country code)!
it can be done, but it takes a huge code additions in setup.asp (in order to convert) and a lot of programming.
when i finish my translation i'll try to do something about it in the restored-to-english version i plan to make in order to publish my code changes
i might fix some bugs while i'm at it |

It doesn't say bug, but it was posted in the bug reports forum iniitially
and about the code, I'm translating 3.4.03, so I guess I'll have to settle with it's country list/
