Is it posible to send a mail to the administrator or moderator is a new post is posted?

All the posts are moderated on our forum.
I would like to get a mail if someone posts something so i do not have to check the forum that often.

You need to turn on the mail feature and set it up correctly. Moderators should get a notification then.
