Is there a user guide for snitz forums available? Something like an idiots guide? From the basics on up from a user, not an installers, point of view. I am about to implement Snitz on my companies intranet and I know the success relies on how well I educate my users in the beginning? The FAQ is great for those of us that remember 300 baud modems and dialing into our favorite bbs, but 3/4s of my company are forum virgins and if they get frustrated in the beginning I am destined to fail. What I mean by basic I mean basic. Terms and definitions: Topic, Reply, Thread etc. What do each of the menu items do?
I was wondering if anyone has set out on this mission. If not what format do you snitzies like and I will go that path.< |

I'd swear I searched on user guide, sorry. Unfortunatley the link in that post is dead, site remains but no doc. Hopefully someone else around here grabbed it. Looked like a good thread.< |
