I noticed the phrase "Back To Forum" shows up as "Back to Forum" as well, throughout the forum pages. Not really a bug, just a cosmetic change.

What if it was changed to "Back To " & strForumTitle & " ??

This is taken from http://owl.english.purdue.edu/handouts/grammar/g_caps.html

quote:

• The major words in the titles of books, articles, and songs
(but not short prepositions or the articles "the," "a," or "an," if they are not the first word of the title)

example: One of Ringo’s favorite books is The Catcher in the Rye.

So, all need to be "Back to xxx"

Then it also should be Active topics, All forums, New topic, Last post, etc. etc. etc.
Maybe something to look into for the next major release?

No. Title case means all words are capitalized except the "small" words, like prepositions.

Btw, "Back To Forum" & "Back to Forum" will mean two different strings to be translated in v4. I'm in optimization phase and I found a line of such cases. I'll share my ideas, hoping the dev-team (especially those with English as the native language) answer it.

If we need to choose one, why not choose the grammaticaly correct one ?

PS: If you have time, read this. It is a good showcase for web, internationalization, strings and documentation. It is nearly becoming a science .

I was under the assumption these were all in "title" format, in which case, they are grammatically correct for the most part. (the only thing catching my eye is the "Jump To:" should be "Jump to:" for the forum dropdown).

While I was saying that "I found a line of such cases", I wasn't just referring to title case stuff.

Here are some examples that can be corrected/unified:
sorry I'm not native in English & don't try to be picky. I just want to optimize and ease it for v4 development

Here's my thought about this:
- All terms used on the forums should be capitalized; Post, Member, Topic, Forum, Reply, Approve, Moderator etc.
- All other words should be in complete lowercase except when they're the first of a sentence
- Grammatically correct sentences, so don't leave out the, a etc. and put a point at the end of a sentence. No exclamation points at the end of lines like in "You logged out successfully!" because they're not necessary IMO.

this will all be easier to do when you have the lang file in front of you because you can easily compare all lines. The only difficulty is for Bozden (and those helping him with v4) to choose when to use what line.
