Hi All,

updating the personal profile with a new email addy gives the following error
Your request was not sent due to the following error: 550 Incomplete envelope information


Any ideas what causes this and/or how to fix it ?

Using 3.4.01 on SQL Server

I will take a guess your new email address edit didn't go so well.

Incomplete envelope information usually means a vital email header is not provided to the smtp server, something critical like the from or to address.
