I was looking at the foreign keys in the db and had a question: why is CAT_ID a foreign key in the REPLY table? Would it not just have to be Forum_ID and Topic_ID? There's no relationship between Category and Reply. The last_post_id is stored in the Forum table. I'm not saying that it's wrong, just wanted to know why CAT_ID is in the Reply table...just seems unnecessary.
