I've deleted a user account in Snitz. However, when sending emails to all, I still get an undeliverable to the same "dead account" (meaning Snitz still has a user account in record for this deleted account). How do I delete this account?

Please advise.

That's the way Snitz is supposed to work. If your user made any posts, his record won't be deleted, and his name will be changed to 'n/a'.

To fix your problem I suggest that you change the SELECT statement used to get the email addresses so that you exclude users whose M_NAME='n/a'.
