I've turned dynamic signatures on in 3.4.05.

One of my users posted the following:

Users could turn the line on and off before but they cannot now? Appreciate any feedback since I did not even know there was an option in 3.3.xx.

No, users could not turn on or off the line. It is a new feature in v3.4.xx, and no, it's not configurable. In v3.3.xx there wasn't a separator.
