Hello.
I have a site hosted on a server (NT? Unix? I don't know), but I build my site on my mac than I upload it on the server.
Any problem for using the snitz forum?
What is the main page of the hundreds of pages of the snitz folder (the one I have to link to, I think...)?
Thanks

there shouldn't be any problem with that, but I don't know if you can run Snitz locally on a MAC to test everything when you make a change to the forums.
The forums' homepage is default.asp which is normally set as the default page to open in a directory if no page has been entered in the URL (for example http://forum.snitz.com/forum/ automatically opens default.asp)

Ok, I've uploaded the folder, but I get this message:

There has been a problem...
Your strDBType is not set, please edit your config.asp
to reflect your database type.

If I load the file config.asp from the browser, it starts loading but never get loaded...

The url is www.labatteria.it/forum

Thanks for your help! :-)

Did you make sure to uncomment the strDBType you are using and the strConnString you are using?

Make sure you've fully read the install instructions before uploading to your host, there are some changes you need to make within the config.asp file before its uploaded

You better first find out what kind of database is supported by your host. Next step is setting up snitz for that database.
