I've been trying to DL the forum, but every time I do, the zip file is empty. Note that I am use IE 5.5 and have it set to open the file from the current location and not to ask me. Can anyone help me? |

That's going to be a problem. I sort of fixed it so on .zip files it never asks if I want to save or open, it auto-opens, you see? (And me being the dumb a$$ I seem to be, I can't figure out how to change that!) |

Get a download manager and it will take care of that for you. I can recommend Download Mage, though it's not free (it has a 30 day trial period). You can get it at Tucows or CNET. |

To allow you to Chose what you want done with ZIP files again, Launch Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer)
Click on Tools -> Folder Options
Select the "File Types" Tab
Scroll down the list until you find .ZIP then click Advanced on the next screen Tick the "Confirm Open after Download" Option and Hit Ok out of all the screens. |

Well, apply Gremlin's suggestion and the automatic opening of zip files will be stopped. I do recommend the use of a download manager, though. It's pretty useful, especially for larger downloads. |
