Is there anyway of salvaging the data from the AccessDB to the SQLServerDB and also the user details or just even the user post counts?

This should have been posted elsewhere, either in the Help: Database : Ms SQL Server forum or the general help. If you visit or search the Help: Database : Ms SQL Server forum you'll find several topics covering the issue. And yes, it's possible to do that, as long as you do it in the way recommended in several of the posts I've been talking about.
