I didn't see a feedback forum so I hope you don't mind me posting this here. I just downloaded your forum software two hours ago, unzipped the files and FTP'd them to my web server. I followed the step-by-step instructions and had it working in ten minutes.
Let me say that this is remarkable considering the amount of time I've wasted (for lack of a better term) evaluating, downloading and trying to install similar bulletin board systems on my many sites. Not only were they difficult to understand, install, configure and basically figure out their technical support sucked.
Currently I work as a Helpdesk supervisor but I've been in the IT field both as a network administrator and a manager of a computer company so my knowledge level is around the way of advanced. However, those other systems which either cost entirely too much or were so ridiculous to install were way out of my league. Hey, I don't know everything. So when I saw your website tonight and read about the features I descended upon it like hornets to bare skin.
Boy was I pleasantly surprised. If it wasn't midnight when I did this I would've screamed for a few minutes and jumped around but I refrained. Inside though I was celebrating loudly. Thank you for allowing the public to use this for free. Thank you for providing a product that is easy to set up, configure, install and that you faithfully support. Thank you for writing the readme text file out in laymen's terms with easy to follow instructions, not complicated tech jargon that only a programmer could love and understand.
Not only will I recommend your forums to each and every person I know in the field but I will probably use it for the rest of my web projects' lives. You folks are a lifesaver and I hope that by me posting this you know just how valuable and appreciated you are.

I'm glad you were able to get the forum setup without trouble. That is the goal, but unfortunately not always the case. We strive to answer questions and solve problems as quickly as possible and I think we do a pretty good job. It helps that we enjoy doing it. <img src=icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle>
