I forgot my password and clicked on the link to get a new one. It sent a link back and I clicked on it and got "The page cannot be found"

You have the link to your forum configured wrong in admin options. See how the link ends with default.asp/password.asp ?? That's your problem. Go to admin option, main config, and set your forum address so that it does not contain default.asp in there.
