I've just added the avatar mod. Where can I get some avatars from so that I can use them in my forum?

all you need to do is search for free forum avatars in google and you'll find a lot. However, you should make sure they are free to use by anyone.

you are welcome. depending on the theme of your site, you may just wish to make your own. for instance, I run a music forum, so I try to make or find avatars that are based on the genre of our community.
