How can i use Sticky Topics feature on v. 3.4.02?

1. Allow them in Admin Option --> Topic Features.

2. Now, you can enbale the checkbox for Stick Topics while writing a topic or you can afterwards edit the topic and give it that status.

You can also click the icon on forum.asp to make a topic sticky (and icon on forum.asp to make a topic non-sticky again)
