but inside are only topics submitted by Rishard Kinser. What's up with that? I have a screen shot if anyone wants or needs to see it.

This is not part of the above but I notice yesterday that the DEV Bug Reports (Open) forum had a purple icon (indicating new post), but after entering it no new posts showed (only brown icons). I think that what happened was a new post was there (hence the purple icon with the forum), but not showing up because it hadn't been moderated yet. Not sure if that was it or not, but if it is then should the new posts check exclude posts that haven't been moderated.
