ok I got the avatar MOD installed and working (sorta) if someone edits their OWN profile and adds a URL for there Avatar it works.
But when im logged in as admin, and choose to edit someones profile and add an image URL for them, some reason it does not work.
Any suggestions? thanks |

ok I got my other problem fixed only to find a new one, this time I read the previous pages of this thread to make sure it hadnt been convered (sorry about not doing that earlier).
I found out from a member of mine when he tries to register, hes getting this error:
There Was A Problem With Your Details
The Avatar Size field cannnot be left empty The Avatar Size fields must be numeric

I think I may have a general idea of whats happening but I have no clue for the fix..
If you go to the Profile page it is pulling the size data from the database (I have it set to 50x50) but on the registration page it doesn't put anything there, like it cant pull from the database or something.
im at a loss here :( |

Could someone please help me with this error I am getting?
I know that someone who knows this mod well or ASP code well this should be simple, I think theres just a glitch some where when you access the Register.asp page pulling the AvatarH and AvatarW from the database.
When you go into someones profile it works fine, but when someone tries to register now (which uses the profile page) gets this error: ************************************* There Was A Problem With Your Details
The Avatar Size field cannnot be left empty The Avatar Size fields must be numeric *************************************
Thanks in advance to anyone that can help me with this, This is a huge problem since I have quite a few members that can't register right now.

I think I still have the compressed file at home. I'll post it up here for download as soon as I get home tonight. |

Sorry to bug ya, but can you include a db_uninstall file? In case something goes wrong. |

I figured out why the Avatar mod never updates the database from within member profiles. See this topic:
