The Unmoderated icon shows up on the active.asp page for me here, although I don't moderate any forums here that have moderation turned on. Clicking the icon only results in no topics found.

Maybe someone has posted in a moderated forum that I am not a moderator of, but the icon still shows.

The icon shows up for all Moderators.
