Send me a zipped copy of your chat files, the modified "inc.config.asp", "admin.home.asp", "inc.top.asp", "custom.asp", and "inc.header.asp". I'll do a line-by-line comparison and see if I can find the error.

Ok, I've searched for a working link to this chat program that retriesve member information and DO NOT SEE IT.
What's a working link? All the links on this thread are NOT working.
 I'm eager to try this chat program with my forums.
