Hi,
In the options portion of the private messages MOD there is an option for:

Forum can send you an e-mail notification whenever you receive a private message.

However, if I have this set to "DO NOT receive notification" I receive an e-mail whenever someone else had this feature turned ON and sends me a PM.

Am I not understanding this feature? Shouldn't I NEVER receive an e-mail if I have turned this off?

This needs to be looked at. It's a bug that has popped up randomly but has been hard to pin down.
