Hi I have been playing with the idea of using the SNITZ Forum for a help desk tech support product. So far it works great, and I have managed to get the body of posted topics into subscription emails. What I would like to know is, has anyone tried to go the other way, that is when a forum admin gets an email, can it be posted on that forum dynamically, or can perhaps a tool be used to scrap emails from an Outlook folder and have them added to a forum somehow. Thnx in advance for any help, I think this is a great product with a great future...

I don't think anyone has done this, since it would require extensive programming and interfacing with the email server. In fact, IMO it really wouldn't be worth it. You could instead set up something where users were subscribed to their own posts automatically. If using this for a help desk, you could change the mail sent out to read something like "follow the link to read your updated help desk ticket and/or provide us with additional information"
