Do you know how to save it in .gif format? If you need help, I'm here for you. A good program for that conversion is PhotoImpact (by Ulead). They have a "SmartSaver" feature.
Otherwise, back to your MOD, it looks a lot easier than I had imagined! Great!

Yes, I forgot to optimize the pic.  I re-uploaded it. I also uploade a new file at SnitzBitz, none of the code was changed, I just included a DBS file and documented the changes a little better. |
