One thing I think would be helpful would be DateCreated and DateLastModified columns for the variables in the config table. This way, for people who use mods, you can easily tell when a mod has added new variables to the config table, and it's easier to then "rollback" those changes. Would also help for security reasons - you could quickly tell if someone has hacked your config variables by looking at the last time they were modified.
