as alex042 mention, i think that just can do what you want to do..
i have Nikkol's UserGroup Mod on my old 3.3 forum.
it work great and also very easy to integrate the other feature to fit your demand.
for example, now i have "semi-Admin group","Moderator group",and a lots special user groups.. and it also do some simply integrate with my other mods, Award Mod,Link Manager...etc.
but the question is....
i can't find where the source now (after i do search here many times...) and i'm not sure Nikkol will continue this great mod on v3.4 or not... also the Morpher's ALPHA project seem stop and looking for new coder.....

| Just a note .. I seriously doubt I will have time to update that MOD. So, if anyone wants to take on the challenge of doing so, feel free. But if you are planning on do it, post a notice in the MOD W/O Code forum so that others know you are gonna do it. |
