I think "Send to all members" is an admin only option. Do you not want admin to be able to do that?

A small suggestion? 
Should a link to PM a user be added to pop_profile.asp under the link to email the user and maybe a link to pm_view.asp added to the top menu?
For the novice user it just seems a little hard to find where to get/send the PMs.

Good idea! I can add some tips to the readme. I plan on offering a few more besides that and maybe a left menu with PM built into it as I have on my site, a sort of all in one MOD center.
The file is udpated with pop_delete.asp

Great!  One other thing I thought of. In v3.4.01 we always have the smilies showing when you are replying or editing, but in the PM we don't.

I have created an add on for this mode (admin_viewpm.asp) this file needs to be put in the forum directory.. When it is opened.. it shows all the PM's sent by any user to any user on the forum.. There is an option to delete the OM.. but you need to be logged in as admin to access this page...
Well this is great since you can know what users are messenging each other(though privacy is lost..) so if any one want this add on mod please register at www.izer.tk (My foum :) require more members planin to start a MOD page there) and email me at vasanthm@mail.com along with you username (www.izer.tk username..)

I have made a few changes to make Private messages more 3.4 compliant. mainly this means I updated inc_iconfiles.asp and changed the code on all the pages to use this method.
I also added a few options that have been posted in this topic.
