In moderate.asp
Line 328 contains some invalid HTML, ">>" which should be changed to ">>"

In search.asp
Line 489 contains some invalid HTML, ">>" which should be changed to ">>"

You could always have a look at topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=33675 for some other comments on this before changing.

I removed the >> and changed both moderate.asp and search.asp to behave the same as active.asp.
