Not sure if this is considered a bug or not, which is why I posted here. The background image, if set in the admin functions, does not get applied to any of the pop-up windows. My opinion is that it should be applied, for continuity when opening other windows. Helps some folks to realize it's definitely from your site, and not some other banner pop-up or something...plus, I think it just flows better.

Of course it depends on the design of the BG image. If it is large and meant to be non-tiled, it will not show up meaningful.
