I had abuddy tell me a different forum that he was unable to register at http://www.vwmail.net/ED719/forum which was just set up using v3.4 he said he got this error:

I went to try it myself, and the policy page comes up just fine, but when I hit agree and the page changes to register.asp I got a page not found error... the only mod I have done is Active Users, which is working just fine. Should this be in the MOD forum or here??
