Can moderators subscribe to a forum?

I would like that my moderators could subscribe to a forum, even when regular members cannot (and should not be able to). It that possible?

That's tooo bad. I just don't want to setup the subscribe for anyone but my moderators.

I really have to ask why... is there a load issue on your mail server or something? I personally think email notification is one of the best ways to keep a steady flow of traffic on the board!
