The same happened with me, I guess. If you were using a database previously upgraded for 3.4RC2, the new setup won't recognise it as needing upgrading, and that field was missing from 3.4RC2, so...

I remembered seeing a post from you about a DB addition so I decided to use a 3.3.x database and upgrade again, and that fixed it then, so I even didn't post about it.

you can still do the upgrade though. It will try to add the fields again, and will catch the ones that weren't there. I've done this all through the betas with my test forum here: http://kinser.121hosts.net/v34beta/

just goto setup.asp and click on the link to upgrade the database.

You're right. You just need to "force" the upgrade. I just did that, before seeing your post, and was gonna post about it.

This has always been the behavior of the Snitz upgrade code as far as I can remember, anyway.

I did a upgrade from 3.3.05 even though the database was upgraded for 3.4RC2. No problems whatsoever except server caching preventing me to see the newest features and the things I messed up when I quickly modified inc_header.asp and inc_footer.asp
