i got a bit of a problem because when i upload a mod's files to the ftp address and then go to the mod install section of my forum there is nothing in the drop down box so i cant install the mod!
oh and what does this mean - in the feature configuration section of the admin options its says 'Highest level of Subscription'
what exactly is forum subscription and what does it do?

What MOD are you talking about? To have some MODs working you have to use a different dbsetup.asp. Ie if it's the events MOD you will have to use the one that followed the zip-file, called mod_dbsetup.asp instead of accessing admin_mod_dbsetup.asp from the admin area!
