When you go through the upgrade to 3.4, will member passwords automatically go through the MD5 process? If not, will they still be stored as plain-text for existing users then? Is there anyway to manually update the passwords?
we aren't using MD5, we are using SHA256. And yes, when you run setup.asp to upgrade your database, all existing passwords will be encrypted automatically.
