you could start by posting in the correct forum, then it would be helpful if you gave us a little info like

what database are you using
Have you got any mods installed
and maybe a link to your forum see we can see how slow it is for our selves.

Then, someone may answer your question

Please post your connection string. You can also enable the timer, as explained here: http://forum.snitz.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=24975

That will let's us a bit more on the origin of the problem.

mmm, doesn't appear to bad to me, there is an initial slight delay, which is modst likely network related, but after that the pages load pretty quick.

What connection string are you using in config.asp ?

Ok, try changing it to the Jet 4 connection string, this is normally a bit quicker
