Hi, i have just downloaded Snitz Forums 2000 Version 3.3.05 and having a few problems.
I'am unfamilier with .asp, but I can follow the instructions in the read me file, we did have the site on a linux server but they dont have chilli!ASP and convinced them (webtapesty.net) to switch our site to a windows2000 server which has been done.
I have edited the config.asp file and uploaded the forum to a seperate folder and placed the snitz_forums_2000.mdb file in the cgi-bin, now the problem I'm having is when I go to run the setup.asp it opens up in dreamweaver (will not run).!!! I expected it to run in explorer, is this becaus I have an incorect path to the .mdb file or what..?
I'm also running microsoft access 2000, DreamweaverULTRADEV (edited the config.asp in this) and cuteFTP.
please can anybody help.? |

I had been informed that it has gone to a windows2000 server.
I shall get on it right now.
