Great, the page is displaying now. I just need to solve why it only shows active guests, and no active members.

Try tweaking with the Anonymous users options at the Active Users control panel.

I've tried twekaing everything, I've even changed the value of filed M_AUHIDE in the MEMBERS table to see of that helps.

But no luck. If I log off then I can see myself as a Guest, but as soon as I log-on again I disappear.

Well I don't know what may be causing that, sorry. Maybe Nathan can help you, he should know why that may be happening.
