I recently changed all my paths for the avatars on my site.

The new path was not working on the site though.

I realized that the MEMBER table was not being updated... it stores the URL path to the avatar.

Each member would need to go into their profile... and hit save or it to record the new path.

Am I missing something... or is this a bug (or maybe it is a feature).

It's just the way that the Avatar MOD works. When a user chooses an Avatar it saves the URL to the Avatar in their profile. If you change the URL to the Avatar, then the user is going to have to edit their profile and choose it again.

I am assuming this was to avoid joins between the member and avatar table?
