After searching I could not find a similar problem.

I have updated our forum to version 3.3.05 and added the Active User 4.0 Mod. Everything seemed to function as expected until after a new member registered and logged into the forum, the following message appears in a black box above top area in the forum.

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a000d'
Type mismatch: '[string: " "]'

/forum/inc_activeusers.asp, line

The Active User and Statistics sections, as well as anything below these sections do not appear.

This only appears when the new member is logged in. After he log outs, the forum functions properly. Any member that existed prior to the updates to the new version and Active Users Mod show up in the Active User section of the Forum correctly.

If it would help, the forum is located at http://www.wvnational.com/forum/

Any help would be appreciation. I send my thanks in advance.

This may make a difference....

The active users that show up correctly are moderators. When the newest member logs on, the error appears and nothing below the actual forums shows.

Thanks again,

Not sure what the problem was. Delete the member and had them re-register and everything works as expected.
