Are these mods compatible? I've had the Announcement mod on my forum for a while and I recently tried to install the Message Icons mod. The cell with the announcement in was the same cell as the icons for the messages which caused the cell to be very wide.

Any ideas?

This is probably way too late for you, but all you need to do is change the "include" on forum.asp to: <!--#INCLUDE FILE="inc_announce2.asp" -->
