I read throught the forum and it clear that I missed something. Besides coping the files to the server what else needs to be done.

You should not really overwrite your current files, but rather make the changes by hand.

Also before you make any changes you should upload the mod setup file, normally called dbs_something.asp, go into the admin options > mod setup, and pick the mod from the drop down box, that will make all the changes needed to the database.

I did all that, but I dont know how to edit the Database. I have did all the upload and stuff and i didnt over right anything and then i

The dbs_poll_mod.asp file will update the database for you..(Admin options > Mod Setup)
