I already have Richard Kinser's Announcement MOD working just dandy in my forum. Does anyone know the answer to this question:
If I were to install the Sticky Topics MOD [and I'm a bit hesitant to do that after reading some of the troubles others have had - if you have had a POSITIVE go of it, let me know, please!], which would take precedent, Sticky or Announcement? In other words, which one would end up at the VERY top? I'm hoping it'd be the Announcement!

Ok, I have the mod installed without any problems at all

to alleviate some confusion, I changed the word Sticky to Nailed since I am running a Nine Inch Nails site it just seemed to fit in better that way.
