tried using google ? theres many avatars around you can download for free just try a websearch.

I have tried that but there I couldn't find other avatar packs for snitz forum

They dont have to be for "snitz forums" you can use any avatars that are free for any forum. Simply upload them to your avatars directory on your website and then use the Admin Avatar section to make them available to your users.

If you end up downloading a lot, then just customise the script that came with the 105 Avatar pack to insert them into your database rather than doing them one by one.
