Error : Your strDBType is not set, please edit your config.asp
to reflect your database type...

Someone else set this base forum up for us... so I am not 100% sure what to do here... I don't mind editing in Ultraedit and uploading the changes via FTP... but I don't want to disable the forum and screw it up.

I would like to be able to add some of the great mods I see here..

strDBType is set in config.asp. There are three lines where you must uncomment one of them for the type of database you are using. The person who set up the forum must not have done that.

you have to uncomment the line by removing the ' from the front. Did you do that?
