Help: SQL problem!!!!

When I look in my SQL db, and in the FORUM_MEMBERS table, all the usernames are being added into the M_NAMES and not in M_USERNAMES!!

Mods installed:

Random Password, PM, Announcement, Bookmark, Newsletter and My_Personalization, ActiveUsers

And I am running the latest version at http://www.netobjectsforum.com/

People cant get their passwords when using forgot password!!
HELP needed ASAP
