hello image. I downloaded ur new forums and i got them set up fine but when i try to login as da admin it says...
error '80020009'
Exception occurred.
/gilbert_54/forums/active_users3.asp, line 50
can u tell me whats wrong?

This is line no 50.
every time i try logging in it says ..
error '80020009'
Exception occurred.

then i don't get to see the default.asp page and any other forum page. |

Can you send me by email your forum link and admin's password and username? So I can see all the problems. |

i want to know how can i make the main forums page the default page for my website www.lingerzraid.com so that when people type this URL they see the forums main page as the website default page. can u tell me how? |

Good news about your forum, glad it is working as you want.
To make the forum your main page, don't put your forum in a subdirectory, but just copy all files directly on your web site.
Let me know how it goes.

Hi Image.
Great work... I'd like to use your forum, but I can't seem to find a way to make use my old database work from my existing forum - with over 150 members and a lot of important topics.
It is an acces 97 database, and when I run setup.asp it just comes up with an error about a missing table ...NEW_CONFIG or something.
Can you help, maybe ?! |

Hi hybel
I think you have an old version of database.
Try dropping CONFIG and create NEW_CONFIG
then try the SETUP. If you are not sure how to do it let me know. |

The forum looks really great!
One problem I'm a newbie an bad at coding..
Is there a possibility for you to upgrade the forum for me whit all the updates!!
Also hope you can ad Mike's File Attachment Mod. So members can upload pic from their pc to the forum.
