I am not to familiar with asp and have gotten by so far with some updates to my forum. I have seen many mods that I would like to add to my forum. I was wondering if there is anyone who could do mod updates to my forum. I would pay you for your troubles.
Particular ones I had in mind are the events calendar, the classifieds, the image upload feature, poll mod and personal messages. If anyone could lead me in the right direction I would really apperciate it.
Here is the link to my forum. Its not the best, but hey I tried.

Private Messages, Events Calendar and Classifieds require almost no coding at all. Image upload and polling are a bit more difficult but before you offer anyone money you should give those 3 easy ones a shot.
Besides most people here will help you for free.

I would imagine your email is or going to be flooded soon with candidates because like @tomic said, most of these are really easy and you can find a lot of help for free right here at this community, because when you get right to it, that's what Open Source is all about.
Now if there is CUSTOM programming and SUPPORT of this custom programming involved, then by all means paying someone may be nice.
Good Luck..

Thanks guys for the advise, the only reason I ask is I cannot afford for my board to go down, last time I made one mistake my board gave me error messages for a week. My members would not like this. I will try those easy ones, but they just never seem to work for me.

There are a couple things you can do to avoid those problems.
1. Keep a copy of the original files that you hang onto for a good while
2. Test your changes on your own computer before you put it into production
