It depends when you downloaded the file. The "patches" topic has the release times of every patch. If you can check the date-time of your .zip file, you can decide on it. I also documented (i.e. put links to) every single change there.
Youcan use some file comparison tool (Winmerge, Beyond Compare, etc) to locate & carry the changes. Or you follow each link and apply the changes by yourself.
There is no other way I left out (I think)...
