I thought I had done everything just fine on the email password mod. Registering worked, the mail account was sent the mail, and the new user could login in fine.... however ... it appears I did something wrong when pasting the code to the pop_profile.asp. When a user tries to go to that page they get a "page cannot be displayed error".
I am sure I did something wrong but I have no idea what. Can anybody tell me what I did wrong?
I am using the latest version of Snitz and then only MOD I should have implemented is this one. My board can be found at: http://www.dragoncrest.com/board
First, you need to take off the Show Friendly HTTP error messages option. Go to Tools --> Internet Options --> Advanced Tab --> Uncheck Show Friendly HTTP error messages option. Then you will get a detailed error message when viewing the page.
On line 1023 in your pop_profile.asp file, remove the code in red:
<% if (strUseExtendedProfile) then%>
