Every year the list of Countries worldwide change... Why don't use a new file to use as an include in the forum code and keep Countries list external? Maybe a good idea to let this file downloadable from Snitz domain separated from all the rest of the code.
We taled about that a while ago and v3.4 has it as an include file, so will v4b04. It will also be possible in v4b04 to give a localized (translated) name for your country and also define a default country for the profiles.
