OK, I totally don't understand how the Subscriptions Settings work. When I set the "highest" what does that mean? I've tried playing around but just can't get a handle on how the "highest" setting works in conjunction with the Forum/Cat settings. What am i suppose to see. So far, I've only been able to get the Board Subscription link on the main page.

The highest subscription level means: the highest level you allow people to subscribe to. If, e.g., you set the highest level to forum subscription, people won't be able to subscribe to a whole category. But note that you have to enable subscription also for each forum and category you want people to subscribe to. To do this, login as admin and go to the forum's main page and click on the pencil icon to edit the forum/category subscription settings.
