Also can my DB be converted to Access 2000, if so how for can this be done for the setup page to work.
I've managed to get Acess 2000 db to work, but I still can't view my default page. I read the page that you sent me to but I didn't understand where I had to make the security changes. please can you explaine in more detail

Your database needs to be in a directory that has read/write permissions. Your hosting provider may have a folder setup for this, or if you're using FrontPage, it should setup an fpdb folder when you import the database into the website.
Right click on the missing image and look at the properties to see the path the forum is taking to look for the images - make sure the images are in that path.
